Each tag linked to registered Paytm wallet to facilitate instant automatic deduction of toll charges. This program is part of National Electronic toll collection (NETC) initiative, rolled out by NCI Under the guidelines IHMCL & NHAI.

How can you buy Paytm FASTag?
Ø Login to your account.
Ø Search for “FASTag” on Paytm app.
Ø You will be redirected to Paytm FASTag for Car/jeep/VAN class 4 Vehicle.
Ø Enter your registered number.
Ø Confirm your delivery address & processed for payment option.
Ø Tag will be dispatched free of cost to you registered address.
How can activate Paytm FASTag?
Ø Login to your account.
Ø Go to “My order” section of you Paytm app.
Ø Go to “Shopping” tab and click on your FASTag order detail.
Ø You will see an "Activate Now" button
Ø Enter the ID mentioned below the barcode on the FASTag you have received
Ø Upload your vehicle RC copy following the instructions
Ø Post document upload, you will see the following success message " Your FASTag ID is activated, Now you can use it" on your screen
How to manage & regarch FASTag?
Ø Please visit "Manage Tags" section in your FASTag sub-wallet to find the list of tags linked to your wallet
Ø The below details will be available against each tag:
Ø Tag-wise transaction details of all toll payments.
Ø Activation status of each FASTag that is linked to your Wallet.
Ø Toggle button to enable Instant suspension/reactivation* of your FASTag.
How can I change my mobile number in Paytm FASTag?
Ø Visit to Paytm.com
Ø Login to your account
Ø Click on ‘View Profile’ at the top of the right site
Ø Click to Edit profile.
Ø Replace to existing mobile number with your new mobile number and click on “Save”
